Refund/Return Policy
Because of the nature of the coloring book, all sales are final.
However, shipping errors or visibly damaged packages, if left unopened, will be considered on an individual basis. Please take a picture, send it to our email, and include a brief description of the problem. Our Customer Service Team will contact you. Unfortunately, any opened package cannot be returned.
Shipping Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out within five days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact me for charges.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
Shipping and handling costs will start at $5.00 and will increase $1.00 per pound.
